Terms and conditions
General Conditions of Entry
- These Terms and Conditions apply to the Woolworths at Work Earn 5,000 Capricorn Rewards Points Promotion (“Promotion”) – promoted by Capricorn Society Limited (ACN 008 347 313) of Level 19, 141 St George’s Tce, Perth WA 6000 (the “Promoter”). The Promoter can be contacted at the above address or by phone on 1800 327 437 or by email csl@capricorn.coop. Woolworths at Work refers to Woolworths Group Limited (ABN 88 000 014 675) of 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista, NSW 2153 (“Woolworths at Work”).
- The Promotion commences at 12.01am AWST on 9 March 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AWST on 7 April 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
- The Promotion is open to existing members of Capricorn in Australia only (being businesses registered to conduct business in Australia, that hold a current Capricorn Trade Account during the Promotional Period) (“Eligible Members”).
- The Promoter will transfer 5,000 Capricorn Rewards Points to Eligible Members who (during the Promotional Period):
- activate their Woolworths at Work account for the first time; and
- make their first Woolworths at Work transaction through their Capricorn Trade Account (must spend $99 or more (including GST) in a single transaction), either online (via the Woolworths at Work site) or in any Woolworths Supermarket or Metro store using their Woolworths at Work in-store card linked to their Capricorn Trade Account (“Qualifying Shop”).
- The Promoter will transfer 5,000 Capricorn Rewards Points to eligible Capricorn Members after the campaign Promotional Period. Eligible Members will receive the Bonus Points in their June statement.
- Qualifying Shop minimum spend excludes delivery and packaging fees, purchases of smoking/tobacco products and accessories, alcohol purchases and gift cards.
- Employees and officers (and immediate family) of the Promoter or any related company and Woolworths at Work are ineligible to enter.
- Participation in the Capricorn Rewards Program is subject to the Capricorn Rewards Terms and Conditions.
- In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Woolworths at Work Terms and Conditions (https://atwork.woolworths.com.au/terms-and-conditions/) apply.
- Cancellations, refunds and returns: The Promoter will be under no obligation to transfer the 5,000 Capricorn Rewards Points to the Eligible Member (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) if:
- a Qualifying Shop order placed by an Eligible Member is cancelled by the Eligible Member; or
- if the order is cancelled or rejected by Woolworths at Work for any reason (in accordance with the Woolworths at Work Terms and Conditions) other than the reasons set out at 11 (a) and (b) below; or
- if the Eligible Member seeks to return a product/s under the Woolworths Returns Policy for change of mind, such that a full or partial refund or store credit is issued and/or the Qualifying Shop minimum spend is no longer met.
- The Promoter will honour the Promotion offer and transfer the 5,000 Capricorn Rewards Points to the Eligible Member if a Qualifying Shop order placed by an Eligible Member is cancelled or rejected by Woolworths at Work (in accordance with the Woolworths at Work Terms and Conditions) due to:
- products being unavailable; or
- an error in the price or product description;
or if an Eligible Member returns a product in accordance with the Woolworths Returns Policy (https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/help/returns-policy) (excluding for change of mind), such that a full or partial refund is issued meaning the Qualifying Shop minimum spend is no longer met.
- The Promoter in its sole and unfettered discretion will determine in the event of any uncertainty or dispute whether or not a business is an Eligible Member.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached or does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, is not or has ceased to be an Eligible Member or entrant, or has tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
- If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- To disqualify any entrant; and/or
- Subject to any directions required from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia and each Eligible Member agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts thereof.
Personal Information
- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on this personal information being provided. The Promoter will also use and disclose personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.capricorn.coop. This includes using personal information for promotional, marketing, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
