Sign documents and receive your purchase

Once you’ve provided us with all the necessary documents, we’ll email you the paperwork to digitally sign. When we receive all the documents back, your vehicle or equipment can be delivered by the Supplier.

Common questions

What documents do I need to apply for finance?

To apply for Finance, you’ll need to complete a quick identity check. We’ll send you a secure link to confirm your identity, date of birth, and address.
Depending on your circumstances, we may also ask for additional information to assess your loan application. This may include (but is not limited to) - Financial statements (this depends on the size of your loan and how long you’ve been a member).
When will my equipment or vehicle be ready?

Once we’ve double‑checked your application, received your signed contract, and have your insurance certificate (for vehicles), we’ll take care of paying the supplier and letting them know it’s all sorted. From there, they’ll reach out to you directly to set up a pick‑up or delivery time that works for you.
Does the supplier have to be a Capricorn Preferred Supplier?
For Equipment Finance – yes.

For Vehicle Finance in Australia – No. You can choose from any licensed dealerships.

For Vehicle Finance in New Zealand – please enquire with us. We currently only offer vehicle finance for dealerships that are listed as Capricorn Preferred Suppliers. However, if the dealership is not listed please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Capricorn may share your personal information with a range of third parties including, but not limited to, contracted service providers which Capricorn uses to perform services on its behalf. Personal information will only be shared with third parties to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes of disclosure.
