Over 51 years ago, the first Capricorn Members met over a drink and realised that they were better off working together than working alone. Today, that philosophy hasn’t changed, with our Community supporting each other in workshops and businesses all over Australia and New Zealand.
What has changed is how fast our industry is evolving, with new technology, tools and ways to trade.
In the recent weeks, I have been proud to launch the next stage of Capricorn's strategy. The focus is simple, to continue delivering even greater value to our Community, in a rapidly changing world.
Over the next few years, we will invest in improving how we work, making it easier, faster and more connected to do business with Capricorn. While I am proud of what Capricorn delivers today, we believe there are even better ways to create value and strengthen the support we provide to Members and Preferred Suppliers.
Over time, you should see and feel a simpler and more seamless experience across Capricorn. Whether you are accessing our products and services, trading with Preferred Suppliers or engaging with our team, our goal is to provide greater consistency, faster outcomes and stronger support for your business.
To support this next phase, we are changing how we work across Capricorn. Some improvements will be visible soon, while others will take longer to deliver. What excites me most is the positive impact these changes will have for our Community in the years ahead.
