Capricorn is a member-owned organisation and Member representation helps ensure Members’ interests are safeguarded. The Annual General Meetings (AGM) is an important enabler of Member representation and allows Members to influence the direction of Capricorn.

The AGMs ensure transparency and accountability; a key function is the consideration of the items of business for Member voting. They also allow Members to have their voices heard and address any concerns or questions they may have. It’s one of the ways that open communication helps to build trust and engagement in our Community and is a key contributor to our long-term success and stability.

All eligible Capricorn Members are invited to each of the AGMs. The meeting are hosted as a hybrid event allowing Members throughout Australia and New Zealand to vote and attend online. We also welcome Members to attend in person; details can be found below.
