Enabling our Members to have their say by voting to select the six Member Directors that sit on our Board of Directors. The Board plays a crucial role in overseeing the strategic direction and management of our organisation.

Our AGM’s also play an important role in Capricorn’s governance by providing a platform for Members to review performance, ask questions, vote on key decisions and vote on the appointment of Independent Directors to the Board.

We believe that sound corporate governance is essential for building trust and fostering long-term relationships with our whole Community. By maintaining a robust governance framework, we aim to create a sustainable and prosperous future for Capricorn and its Community.
