Introducing the Capricorn Rising Stars Region Winner for WA – Hudson Rhodes

Hudson Rhodes has already earnt a reputation as the go-to technician for tough jobs.

Described by his workplace as an outstanding apprentice who goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work, Hudson’s initiative, problem-solving abilities and genuine passion for his trade, makes him a standout in his field.

So, it’s no surprise Hudson picked up the Capricorn Rising Stars Region Winner Award for WA. This award recognises apprentices who go above and beyond, have a great attitude and show initiative in the workshop.

A passion and curiosity for how things work, especially anything with an engine, ultimately led Hudson to the automotive industry, starting an apprenticeship at Racing Dynamics, where he enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and fixing issues.

As a second-year apprentice, Hudson has shown initiative by taking on complex tasks, from high-end diagnostics to performance modifications on vehicles like McLarens and Lamborghinis. He is always eager to learn, go the extra mile and deliver top quality work.

Hudson is well on the way to earning a reputation for quality and precision, focussed on learning from the team at Racing Dynamis, taking on challenging jobs and staying up to date with the latest automotive technologies.

His vision for the future is to specialise in high-performance European vehicles and continuedly expand his skills, both hands on and through technical training, ultimately securing himself as a well-rounded and trusted expert in the field.

Hudson is hugely appreciative to Capricorn, Castrol, Repco and The Workshop Whisperer for recognising apprentices who care deeply about their craft and community.
