I sort of see Capricorn as a big brother to the industry.

James Candish:

On my 24th birthday I purchased the workshop. So it was an existing automotive garage. Previous owner had been here for about 3/4 years, sort of gave us a good foundation with a good client network and stuff to get kicked off the ground and get things going. 17 years in, things are a little bit different.

Yeah. A couple of times the business that we were back then, but yeah, we've certainly figured our way to here. For me, Capricorn was a very easy decision. And I love the idea of it.

And, certainly young and new in business to open up that network to get that buying power from everywhere else was a no-brainer for me. I sort of see Capricorn as kind of that big brother to the industry. Everyone, I think that's doing well in businesses is doing well with Capricorn. Just to see such a good network of guys in New Zealand just doing the best with what they've got but doing it in a way that, you know, that's so supportive of each other and and just getting it done.

We've come a long way all of those little pressures that sucked years off my life back at the start, the same pressures today just don't quite hit the same. So we've certainly grown personally and as a business, and as a team, we've got an amazing team at the moment, which certainly makes doing business much easier.
