"I've sort of worked in the community my whole life and mucked around here. Done my apprenticeship and that. In the last three years we’ve bought the business Capricorn’s really helped with to start off of it.

Buying the business was a big accomplishment for us. And yeah, Capricorn certainly helped with buying of new equipment for the shop, and it's helped with a lot of different things, yeah... Made the transition a lot easier. So we had a big list of suppliers at the start without having to go and find individual suppliers outside of Capricorn. At the moment, it is working to make it a bit bigger we’re pretty flat out at the moment.

We've been able to put on a couple of younger blokes. Put our apprentice mechanic on to help with everything going ahead there. We've got a young tyre fitter, just finished school last year. So we’re looking to put him some training soon as well. Just helps with everything. Keeping young people employed. Training them up and skilling them for the community and so they can teach other people down in the future.

Yeah, it has made it a lot easier finding different parts for different vehicles because you are able to look all the way across Australia. Some places you might never have found without Capricorn.
