How Capricorn Mutual operates

Capricorn Mutual is a non-profit mutual, meaning we operate solely for the benefit of our Members. Unlike insurance companies, our Board exercises discretion over membership, scope of protections and claims decisions. Rest assured, our Australian Financial Services License ensures we are regulated by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC), providing security for our Members.

We have appointed Capricorn Mutual Management Pty Ltd (CMM) to handle our operations, including administrative services, ensuring everything runs smoothly for you.

Furthermore, Capricorn Risk Services Pty Ltd (CRS) has been appointed to provide financial services related to the promotion, distribution and servicing of our protections.
