Capricorn is a member-owned organisation and Member representation helps ensure Members’ interests are safeguarded. The Capricorn Society Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important enabler of Member representation and allows Members to influence the direction of Capricorn.
All eligible Capricorn Members are invited to the AGM. The meeting will be hosted as a hybrid event allowing Members throughout Australia and New Zealand to vote and attend online. We also welcome Members to attend at our head office.
A key function of the AGM is the consideration of the items of business for Member voting. Members are asked to consider two items of business:
- Reviewing the financial statements as set out in the 2025 Annual Report.
- Approving a selective share buyback resolution (explained in the AGM Information Statement).
More information for each item of business is provided in the Notice of Meeting.
How to vote in and attend the Capricorn Society AGM
We strongly encourage you to vote on the AGM motions online before the meeting. Voting can also take place both before and during the AGM.
To vote before the AGM, log in to myCAP. From there, navigate to the "Annual General Meeting" section (which can be found on the left-side menu). This same menu can be used to attend the AGM on Wednesday, 15 October 2025.
Eligible Members can also vote online while attending the live AGM or in person at the meeting, held at Capricorn’s registered office at Level 19, 141 St Georges Terrace, Perth, WA 6000.
